Sub-Floor
HygienaClad carry out all surface preparation and can advise on the best solution for your project, all sub floors are moisture tested prior to installation to ensure their suitability. We can offer solutions such as liquid DPM allowing the early instalment of moisture sensitive flooring installations in fast track building programmes or refurbishment projects.
Where the floor surface has existing floor coverings we can offer take-up and removal of the existing floor covering and where existing latex is unsuitable to lay new flooring this can be scarified.
Materials
We do not believe in using cheap inferior products under the new floor just because they cannot be seen. We use main stream suppliers of Latex and Liquid DPM (Damp Proof Membrane) as we do for the floor covering itself.
