Trims
We provide a range of Hygienic wall cladding trims to suit most situations. The trim profiles required depends upon the site conditions and where the cladding is being installed.
Generally the most common trim profiles used are H section for the joining of the sheets, Start Edge, which is used where the cladding does not have any abutment, Transition Profile which proves a cover between the wall cladding and vinyl flooring.
Jointing and corners
We stock and install a range of jointing methods - two part trims / single part trims / weld for welded joints and Flexi Joint. The most popular jointing method is the two part trims.
All internal and external corners are thermoformed onsite, this provides a seamless overall installation. A site survey is carried out to determine if the walls are within specification and advise if remedial work is required prior to installation depending upon the installation requirements.
Single / Two Part
All trims can be single part or two part. As standard two part trims are used unless specifically specified, usually single part trims are only used generally for anti-ligature environments (such as Prisons, Secure accomodation, Mental Institutions etc)
