Floor Installation
HygienaClad - Hygienic finishes for floors, we can install flat lay vinyl flooring or coved vinyl flooring that meets the hygienic cladding, typically 100mm up the wall. We generally use Altro and Polyflor product ranges (other product ranges can be used subject to availability) and can undertake all floor preparation works prior to the installation of the vinyl. Where a resin floor is required, we generally use Altro resin floor system and this can be laid flat or coved up the wall to the bottom of the hygienic wall cladding.
Floor Moisture Survey
HygienaClad - Sub floor moisture survey, using our test equipment we can undertake non destructive sub-floor tests to determine if the sub-floor has moisture content which could cause issues.
Floor Preparation Requirments
HygienaClad - Hygienic floor preparation, we can undertake all floor preparation works prior to the installation of the vinyl or resin floor system is fitted. This can range from takeup and removal of existing flooring, scarifying, latexing and all sub floor teatments such as liquid Damp proof membrane (DPM).

Wall Installation Requirements
HygienaClad - Hygienic finishes for walls, we install a range of hygienic cladding both uPVC and Stainless Steel. Subject to the finish of the existing walls being clad we can undertake all jointing methods (trims (single and two part) / welding / butt jointing / cold welding) of the sheets.
Wall Moisture Survey
HygienaClad - The moisture content with the walls to be clad is important as it can effect the bonding of the adhesive the bonds the cladding to the building substrate. This especially needs to be considered on new builds or where extensive refurbishment works has been undertaken or the building been open to the elements.
Wall Paints
HygienaClad - Hygienic finishes can be applied to most flat surfaces, for irregular surfaces hygienic paint systems are used. Hygienic paint systems cannot take substained cleaning regimes or physical impact without damage.
