Breakout Areas
Hygienaclad installed HCD cladding to the Cafe / Breakout area on the 11th floor and tea points on the 4th & 5th floors. With all works in this type of environment, installion is tough due to the building being occupied, so clean working and making the minimum amount of noise is a key feature in successfull works in these areas.
The Cafe / Breakout area was clad with HCD standard white and the Tea Point facilities were situated within a corner so splashbacks were installed along two walls. Hygienaclad installed HCD Aesthetics (Avacado) wall cladding, all exposed edges were finished with a colour co-ordinated finishing trim and colour co-ordinated mastic was used where the cladding met the worktop.
