Kitchen Refurbishment
Hygienaclad worked inconjunction with a commercial kitchen company on this project, the kichen area before the refurbishment was very domestic and the main theme of the refurbishment was to convert it to a proper commercial kitchen. The kitchen was clad with HCD cladding to the majority of the walls and stainless steel fitted along the cookline underneath the new extraction canopy.
The floor needed replacing as well so it was converted from the existing flat lay flooring to a coved safety flooring system that went up the wall to meet the hygienic wall cladding, this minimises any junctions that could not be easily cleaned. All joins were welded to provide a watertight floor.
