Mobile Laboratories
A significant number of mobile laboratories have been fully clad (Ceiling / walls and floors) for the Ministory of Defence (MOD) for use in the field.
HCD Enhanced was chosen by the client for its superior scratch resistance and anti-microbial properties that was backed up by independent testing by CIBA and IMSL.
The laboratories have been built into single 40 foot shipping containers or a group of 20 foot containers with the ceiling / walls and floors needed to be able to be demountable at the joins so the conatiners could be shipped independently.
HygienaClad was chosen as the installer of the ceiling / wall and flooring finishes as we could demonstrate we had the technical expertise for all three disciplines and could work within exacting timescales and work with other contractors to get the finished laboratories shipped at the required time.
At the start of the project a sample container was fitted out and inspected by the MOD and the fitment met their expectations and a significant number of other labs were subsequently ordered for a variety of uses and locations.
