We have a Risk rating sheet that allows us to compare the risk against a pre-determined evaluation

	A Death / Major Injury / Major Damage or major loss of property/equipment	B Injury lasting over three days / damage to property/equipment	C Minor injury / minor damage to property/equipment
1 - Extremely likely to occur
2 - Frequent/often/likely to occur
3 - Slight chance of occuring

Using the Risk rating chart we use this to assess the level of risk for all works undertaken.

	A1 - Unacceptable - must receive immediate attention to remove / reduce risk or stop work activity			B2 - Should receive attention to remove / reduce risk
	A2/B1 - Urgent - must receive attention A.S.A.P to remove /reduce hazard or risk.			B3/C2 - Low priority - remove /reduce hazard or risk after other priorities
	A3/C1 - Must receive attention to remove /reduce hazard or risk.			C3- Very low priority - remove /reduce hazard or risk after other priorities
